The subject of personnel development is becoming increasingly significant in the area of Human Resources Management.

hemmers-human-resources designs its training programmes in line with the individual ideas and aims of each client. The content of the training programmes is effectively combined with the company’s existing visions and mission statements.

Approach:

  • Conducting a problem analysis to define the fields of action in greater detail
  • Conducting the training, in which some of the following methods may be used: Model learning, self-learning units, regular behavioural feedback, role-playing with video analysis, photographic logs, etc.
  • Offering follow-up services, including follow-up workshops and feedback surveys.
